Episode 94 of the Puyanama podcast is finally out, and honestly, this one was a real joy to make.
This time, I dove into Brad Bird’s conversation at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival 2026. The director of The Iron Giant, The Incredibles, and Ratatouille came to France this June to unveil the first footage of Ray Gunn, an idea that sat in a studio’s filing cabinet for nearly 30 years.

اپیزود ۹۴ پادکست انیمیشن پویانما بالاخره منتشر شد، و راستش این یکی رو خیلی دوست داشتم بسازم.
این بار رفتم سراغ گفت‌وگوی برد برد توی جشنواره‌ی انسی ۲۰۲۶؛ همون کارگردانی که «غول آهنی»، «شگفت‌انگیزان» و «راتاتویی» رو ساخته. خرداد امسال اومده بود فرانسه تا اولین تصاویر «ری گان» رو نشون بده؛ ایده‌ای که سی سال توی کشوی یه استودیو خاک خورده بود.
توی این اپیزود درباره‌ی این چیزا حرف زدیم:
چرا بعضی ایده‌ها فقط باید انیمیشن باشن، نه لایو اکشن
راز «A113» و اینکه این بار چطور شده بزرگ‌ترین ایستر اگ تاریخ
درس باورپذیری از چوبدستی گیرکرده‌ی فرشته‌ی مهربون توی «سیندرلا»

بخش دوم اپیزود هم طبق معمول رمبلینگ خودمه؛ حرف‌های خودمونی درباره‌ی نگاه برد برد به انیمیشن و زندگی، و اینکه چقدر این نگاه رو دوست دارم.
